Wow! Great information. Thanks.

Don't know if I will ever tackle a job like this but it sure is nice to see such complete documentation from another DIY'er.

BTW, I especially liked your comments about spending time with your son. Unfortunatly I know that mine is growing up too quickly and I feel that any time not spent together is lost time which can never be reclaimed.
