one more (small) fuel leak '73 Coupe

Well, I thought that replacing the fuel sender gasket seal had been the answer to all of my issues with fuel leaks/fumes. Just to be sure, I opened the trunk and watched everything while refueling this afternoon and, sure enough, there is still a small leak at the short hose that connects the filler neck to the fuel tank. Here is a pic (you can see where the gas has leaked out):

I tried tightening the clamp, but that didn't make a difference.

Can I just buy a replacement hose at a regular auto parts store, or is this a special part I need to order? OK, that may seem like a stupid question, but I want to make sure that if I am going to fix the leak, I do it right the first time.

Thanks.

Chris

I would think that any correct diameter hose that is designed for gasoline exposure would work.

Thanks, L.J. That was my assumption, but I thought it would be beneficial to check.

Does anyone know the inside diameter of that section of hose? I'm not near my car at the moment.

Thanks!
Chris

I ordered the part from our host. I will update this thread if this does NOT solve my problem.

Thanks.

Actually, those look decent. I know (from reading other related threads) that regular PVC tubes are not up to the task. Thanks for the note!
