Is my clutch master cyl going out?

Three years ago I replaced my clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, TOB and guide tube and did the cross shaft upgrade and replaced the clutch slave cyl..
This week I have noticed that if the cars sits overnight I cannot get it into reverse or first gear unless i pump the clutch pedal a couple of times. Once I get it in gear the first time it operated normally .
I'm thinking the master cly is leaking down...
what has been your experience?
