Where does this wire go to?

Hi- I hate to be a pain while waiting for my Bentley to arrive, but I opened up My Steering column to fix the headlight/turn signal switch, and found a loose wire. I can't figure out where it should go. I traced it around to, I think, the washer/wiper stalk, but I have cruise control, so it just might go to that.

Anyone have any ideas where it should go?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/ultimate/confused.gif

Thanks

Then I just use one of the screws holding the plastic covers on? Or is there a specific mounting spot for the ground?

Thanks

Should have connector on the back of the steering wheel

Yes, it is a ground for the horn. That wire simply connects where you thought, on one of the bottom screws that are holding the housing on. The connector on the back of the steering wheel only connects the actual horn button to the trim ring that contacts the bent metal piece at the top of your picture.
