911T backfireing during throttle let off
 
'70 911T with webers,
backfiring when backing off the throttle........sound like its from the exhaust

Mine does that. Massive backfiring or sort of the loud rumbling? Doesn't matter really. Mine appeared after a muffler swap out and really increased with the removal of the cat. Maybe you have an exhaust leak.
