2.7 Turbo?

This may be a bit arcane for most, but I thought I would solicit any info from anyone who has/had any experience with this factory turbo version. Just curious about the driving experience and MX issues as it would relate to this model.
Thanks

What 2.7 turbo? Porsche didn't make one. Do you mean the 3.0 turbo, produced from 1975 to 1977?

My bad!
I was reading the "Technical Specifications" little book for 1975 and was curious about the turbo 930/50 3.0L. Stupid brain is foggy from busy trip.
Thanks for the catch, question is now for the 1975 3.0 turbo. Since we are on the subject will the 930/50 bolt up to a 915 without grief? Other than the grafting?

Finding a 930/50 in the US might be a challenge. That's the '75-76 ROW version...

Anyway, you can mate a 930 engine with a 915. I haven't done it and I can't recall all of the specifics but I'm sure someone here can fill you in. Ever think about sticking with a 930 gearbox and lowering the final drive ratio?

I figgered as much, the 930/50 is old but there has to be one some where in the corner of a shop that needs to be shipped to me. Shipping freight isn't too big a problem. Driving and working on one is my interest at this point. I think that when my 2.7 is used up, a rebuilt 3.0 930/50 slipped in to my mid year would make a nice sleeper.
