Central Locking Standard from 86 on?

I have read in one of my reference books that Central Lockking was standard in the 911 3.2 from 1986 onward, however, my car doesn't have the module in the console.

Was mine removed, and the info correct, or is that info not accurate?
Thanks!

Option....for sure at least through '87...I've seen the window stickers.

my '86 does not have central locking, and has not been modified. I am not sure when they started central locking but it wasn't '86.

My '87 doesn't have it either. My buddy's '89 does.

My 86 cab has it, or at least it has a system where if I unlock/lock one of the doors with the key the other door also locks/unlocks. I don't know if there is a button somewhere inside the car and at the moment my "interior" is removed for renovation.

Option code: 341 Central locking system

It came as an option on my '87
