my experience with richard parr (PMO)
hi friends ,
my name is steve and i am living in Luxembourg (Europe) so sorry for my English.... ![]() I just wanted to express my sentiment on the latest deal i did for my 1969 911 T . I bought a pair of PMO's from an fellow pelican here on the forum (Andrew) , the deal was very nice and all went very well, but the setup of the carbs where for am 3.0 so not ok for my 2.0 engine. i decided to buy all the venturis and other pieces from PMO directly. I knew that i had to send a fax to Richard as this is the only way to contact him . This was not relay the way i like to do my deals but i thought lets try. Well i got a call from him less the 36 hours later , we figured out what i needed and i got an offer for my pieces some hours after the call.... I was impressed , i agreed with the offer immediately and sended the payment . My order was shipped nearly the same day and i got all here in Europe 10 days later.... I already often bought pieces with professionals in the states or Europe but a service like this i never had it... I just wanted to tell you my satisfaction working this deal out with Richard and if this helps someone to get an advice on PMO service , that's perfect cheers steve ![]() |

After ten day you got your stuff??
Wow, customs in Luxembourg must be on speed or something, or you are well connected... When any order of mine arrives in Belgium, it takes AT LEAST another 2 weeks to get my stuff on my doorstep, small or or big orders, new or used stuff, makes no difference. I've been thinking of applying for a job there so I can catch up on some sleep.... Any pics of your car Steve?

Love the photo. Hope you keep the car around and pass it on to the kid if he's yours.

Steve - Also had great experiences with Richard. I also have PMO carbs on my 70T which I was
fortunate to purchase new in Madrid and drive in Europe for 3 years when there were no or few speed limits. My T looks just like yours, same color. I still have it and like you it goes to my son. Enjoy. Gary

Richard Parr takes adapting his carbs to a 911 personally. Every customer is grateful to have jewelry like PMOs to rock & roll with.
PMO fuel/air metering among all 6 cylinders is in the same league as high end fuel injection when tuned properly
