turbo tie rod question?

dumb question but confused. can these be installed on the short wheel base (65-68) cars? i ask because some ads will say 69-89 only while others say 65-89. tia.

Maybe Wayne can help. They have the turbo tie rods listed in SWB section, but it is confusing.

so i found this tech article from excellence. can i conclude that i can use the turbo tie rod for the short wheel base becuase of the "universal type connection"? wayne?

I checked with my local shop (not a dealer BTW)and the the wrench said yes they go on the same as with the later 911s.
