Mirrors

Will the early Crome flag mirrors easily replace the later painted units? Same mounting holes or does it require filling holes and paint? Thanks.

It will require filing and paint. The base of the older style mirror is much smaller. I did my car in reverse. I removed the old style mirror and added flags then 993 aero mirrors. The holes do not match up and the holes on flags and Aero style are spaced farther apart then the early style.
