Header Clearance ?
 

Whadaya think?
Just installed headers on my 3 liter/72 911. I have 1/4 inch between the engine
mounted oil cooler and the headers and about the same between oil in pipe and headers.
Insulation blanket or add spacers between header flange and head? Or both?

I have similar issues on my 914-6. I wrapped a short piece of the headers with heat tape where they come close to the oil lines. But, after reading answers to my post about header wrapping, I may have to re-think that.
