changing oil in 1981 911SC
there is a bolt right in the center on the bottom of the engine...is this where I would drain the old oil??

That and the bolt on the oil tank on the passenger side of the engine (assuming a LHD car).

thats one of them. u have to drain the oil tank as well, thats the tank by the right rear wheel. have the right kind of drain pan because the oil comes flying out real fast

also, be sure your oil pan can hold at least 4 gallons of oil -- ask me how I know . . .
