I am looking to purchase this 78 911SC Vin# 9118311423 . I am being told this is a Euro car. Can anybody tell me anything from vin. It is a targa. Thnaks

It is a RoW (rest of the world) or 'Euro spec' 911
Vin# 911 8 3 1 1423 911 = Vehicle - all 911 8 = Model Year - 1978 3 = Engine - 911 SC RoW 1 = Body - Targa 1423 = Sequential Number
