antenna coaxial cable questions
Hello! The male end of the coaxial antenna cable that fits into the rear of the radio has broken off on my 90 964. The wiring diagrams show that the cable goes to an antenna amplifier. Some questions:
Can the cable end be replaced or repaired? Where is the amplifier located? Is it possible to replace the cable at the amplifier interface-is it a plug in there? Many thanks for any ideas or answers. |

The amp is up under the passenger side of the trunk, near the hinge I think.
It is very very hard to reach. |

You can get the ends and crimping tool at HD, lowes, radio shack
