Anyone have Photos of Atlas Porsche +Audi dealership ????
I see that the Porsche dealer from the 70's in Wilmington CA is now a dirt lot. It was located at 1450 Pacific Coast Highway. My 914 came from there in 1974.
Does anyone have any photos or stories of the place? Did they make a dealer plate frame? Photos? Thanks!

There were actually TWO Porsche dealerships within a couple miles of each other! One in Harbor City on the corner of PCH and Figueroa named Kendon Porsche, where I bought my 66 911 in 1967. The other was in Wilmington, where I grew up (although I don't admit it) named Atlas Porsche. It was owned by Mike Salta....spell Salta backwards! He also owned the big Pontiac dealership in town.
I've seen plate frames from Kendon, but not Atlas. Wish I'd taken some pics back then.

I would love to find a Kendon Porsche Audi plate frame. That turns out is where my 1974 914 was purchased new.
