What are theses 3 parts show by the arrows red, blue and yellow

Blue arrow is the Cruise Control amplifier
Yellow arrow, might be the pulse wiper relay/controller (not sure)
Red arrow, no idea.

Yes, Blue, cruise control amp.

And the black 'X' bracket to left and below is it's mounting bracket.

red is the mileage counter that kicks on a red oxs dash light every 15K miles. reminder to check the emissions crap. push white button to make the light go out. not needed.
