Leather Door Handles
Not sure if anyone has done this, but...
I had replaced my stock faded, cheapy looking door handles with a very nice brushed stainless set from Rennline. They were very nice quality and fit well, but didn't look so hot in my tan interior (they look great in darker interiors, especially if there are metal accents here and there, like a steering wheel or aluminum pedals). So it occured to me I could cover the old plastic ones in leather, and they might look halfway decent. Well, they turned out pretty well. I used some black leather that I had from a bag of leather scraps I bought for $5 from a leather accessories store, and glued it on with Weldwood contact cement. It's a great alternative to spending $60 on the black aluminum or stainless ones.

If you are interested in selling your stainless handles I would be interested in discussing it.....
Your leather addition does look great.
