Refinish Fuchs in Southeast (Who?)
I've read that Al Reed in CA is the "go to" guy for refinishing Fuchs.
Is there anyone in the Southeast that is comparable? As I travel quite a bit and wouldn't mind just dropping them off instead of trying to pack and ship them. |
Harvey Wiedman or Al Reed. They are the best and shipping is cheap. Cost me about $300per wheel total.

Depending on the finish you want, I would go with Glenn Davis @ Glenn's Wheel Polishing Tampa, FL - 813-882-0224
However he doesn't do re-anodizing I have known Glenn for 25 Years, deal with him a lot T.C. |

Then definately get a hold of Glenn
Tell him T.C. sent you T.C. |

FWIW- It really is about the whole package- polishing, painting, and anodizing. The anodizing is the challenge (and is key to keeping that shiny look you like), but few people do it on Fuchs. They are expensive wheels, and you don't want someone who is not familiar with them ruining them. Granted, there are a lot of folks out there who could polish them, do a great job, and it would just be a matter of keeping up with the polishing. Not sure it would save that much $$ either.

Is the wheel in the photo just polished/painted, or also anodized?
Trying to figure out what exactly I want, technically speaking wise. |
