The new trouble maker...
 

Hi all,

Thought I'd make a quick post introducing the new-to-me car. Trouble maker as it's left me stranded, in need of a relplacemet ignition coil :(

It's a '81 911 SC that started life as a targa but soon came out of the closet and became the cab it knew it should be.

Champagne (Platinum White?) in colour with brown interior. Mechanically needs some minor stuff done (apart from the coil) and I hope to spend more time driving it than waiting for parts in the future!

I'd post pictures but it seems that this phone is also working against me today.

Ihave an extra coil but I am afraid it would cost a mint to ship it to you,sorry.....

Thanks - I'm sorted for the short term. Though I must say, shipping costs wouldn't mean it's more expensive than buying genuine locally...
