915/62 Question
Hello,
I have a R.O.W. 1980 SC with a 915/62 transmission. Does anyone know what the gear ratios are? What are the differences between my gearbox, and the US version 915/63 ? Thanks, Rob 1980SC |

I'm not suer where to find the ratios for your tranny. However, the ratios for the 915/63 are
1 - 3.18 2 - 1.78 3 - 1.26 4 - 1 5 - .82 I found these at http://tech.rennlist.com David |

2nd is 1:83, 5th is .78. the rest are the same as the 911/63.

Hey Thanks.
So, if I'm reading this right, the US 915/63 has an even larger difference between first and second gear. My car with the 915/62 is a bit annoying in that second seems too be too tall. -Rob 1980SC |
