Stolen or wrecked 67 911s 305912s

I have come across a 67 911s that had the numbers changed.
The car may have been wrecked or stolen i was looking for the owner or owners who may hae some further information. I wanted to give the owner the opportunity to get the roller back if wanted. The rest of the car has been stripped.
The vin number written in yellow below the dash is 305912s the drivers door also matches 912s.
Any information would be aprreciated.
