Pics from inside of targa top please !
My targa top has some foam/vinyl padding covering the foldable front / aft arms.
It looks like it was added by some PO... Can you confirm if there should be some padding or just the bare arms... |

I checked my '74 top and the front bar is padded vinyl with about 1/4" pad. The rear bar is painted metal, no covering.... not sure if it's original and sorry, no photo's...
