Tires for an early 911?
I need a set of new tires for my 71 911t. It's on the original steelies and I believe they are 5.5 x 15 all around. Can anyone recommend a tire and maybe some other sizes that would work? I think 185/70 is the original size. Thx

Not sure if this deal is still available but I have had two sets of these tires on 6" Fuchs and highly recomend them, they shoul be fine on you 5.5".

I am running Bridgestone Potenza 960AS 205/60/15 on 15X6 Fuchs. I like them they really seem to ride and handle well. Hope this helps.

I vote for the Vredestein Sprint Classics as well--I am very pleased with mine-particularly in the wet-and a very good price.
