Clewett Tec-GT vs Bosch DME ??

I am considering purchasing a Tec-GT ECU. I purchased and engine that did not have the factory DME so I am open to choose either.

My questions are:

1.) What are the advantages/disadvantages versus the factory Bosch?
2.) What types of problems have those who are running the Tec-GT had?
3.) How long did the Tec-GT take to install and roughly tune?

Thanks

Have a friend with a Tec GT system and I went MoTeC....Tec is great and cost effective, more than is needed for most.

Problems are usually related to the people tuning. Before you go to someone to tune the motor see a car they tuned and ask the owner what they think and drive the car if you can.

Advantages are controls over everything! Always run at safe A/F ratios and be able to tune for max power without hurting the motor.

Tuning and wiring can be done in about 3 weeks at a regular shop rate.
