Help! Switch for Heated Seats
Several years ago, I had installed electric seats that I got at our local swap meet. I wanted them for the looks and adjustibility.
Well, the for the first time this morning, when I was driving into town, I reach down and pushed a button and spun a little wheel and, whoa . . . HEATED SEATS! "Wow" I thought, "these are really cool!" Then, it was, "Wow, these are really hot!" I mean, "hot", as in toasted butt hot! - For the next 30 minutes until I got to the parking garage, I fiddled with the little wheel and microswitch button, but to no avail - heat kept pouring out of those seats. - Would someone with these seats please let me know how the heated seat controls work. I have a two little controls, a wheel that spins vertically, and a tiny micro switch above the wheel. I assume the wheel controls the level of heat, but even though I hit the micro switch several times, the heat kept on coming. Help! Thanks much Chuck |
Press down on the top of the switch to turn on. Please down on the bottom of the switch (below the little wheel) to turn off.

Thanks, Tom. I'll go out to the garage and have a closer look with the flashlight. Them's mighty small switches!
