Alternator Diodes, 1975

Hi all, I have searched this subject, but no luck.

I have a S.E.V. Motorola alternator out of a 1975 911. I have disassembled it for repair due to an open circuit -ve diode. Markings on the diode are 167300 50 M154, however I haven't been able to identify the diode to find a replacement.

Attached is a picture of the diode pack, and a basic diagram, the diode I am after is the lower ones on the diagram, with the anode pressed into the plate. The diode base is approx 12mm.

Any advice on locating these diodes (part number etc) would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
