Battery drain in storage

First nice day I decide to get my 1980 Targa SC started and out of winter storage.
In past years I had no problems with the battery as it has a kill switch on the ground side. This year I had to put the charger on it. Battery is only 2 years old and was checked just before putting the car away so I'm puzzled as to what caused the drain. Any ideas on where to start looking?

Charge it, put a meter on it....pull fuses until you see a change in volts.
