Recaro height adjustable sliders question

Hello, looking to installed some SRD's in my Carrera and they have height adjusters on each end of the Recaro slider. Does anyone know how to remove these, or are they welded in place? I cannot tell from looking them over. Thanks.

You should have the "flat" type of sliders with the adjusting bar mounted to the inter side of the slider. Not sure if you can just remover the tab and use yours. I believe these are the right ones.

Right, the height tab looks to me like it was added to the standard slider. It also looks like it is removable, and I don't believe it is welded since I can get it to move slightly with a bit of force by hand. Looks like the tab may be held on with smaller tabs or tongues that connect to the slider. If anyone is familiar with this set-up, please respond. Thanks again.

Well, after all that, they fit as is. The tabs are 15.5" apart and the rails accomodate that!
