Zenith Carb Rebuild?

I am rebuilding a pair of Zenith 40 tins and am wondering should I be using some sort of anti-seize for the threads on the different screws? Idle and others? Lock tight for the little screws on the butterflies or any other recommended items??? I am deleting the enrichment ckt. Also is there a torque pattern or recommendations? Or any kind of gasket sealant?
Thank You.

No loctite needed, maybe on the butterflies, no gasket sealant needed, tighten down the top snug all around then go back tighten down a little more. The enrichment circuit can be sealed with RTV and vacuum plugs.
