911 shift light and rev limiter

Hi. Im new to the forum and wondered if anyone has any info on which type of rev limiter and sequential shift light will work on a 75 911 with 964 motor running on Throttle bodies with twin coils. I have been told by the motorsports supplier here in UK that most off the shelf units are not compatible with twin coil/distributor set ups.
I cant see that its such a problem but any advice on available units would be appreciated
