TPWS at 8833 N. Lamar Blvd. 512-836-5949. Matt knows older Porsches well. I could look. But Matt is worth every penny.

+1 on TPWS - Matt and his crew were very helpful in spending quality time answering questions for me when I was in the search.

Good luck getting in touch with TPWS, they never answer their phone. I've given up trying to get anything done with those guys. And I wanted to give them every bit of my business because of the reputation I was told they had. Hell, 2 PO's ago my car was owned by someone at TPWS. I simply can't get them to answer the phone or return a single message, but YMMV.

My mechanic is in Georgetown, Tx Scotts ******** 512-930-1238
I used to live in Austin and now Northeast Louisiana,Monroe. IF I cannot fix my 88 911 myself,
It gets trailered to Scott...This is 61/2 hours and I haven't had to Trailer the car there for
mechanical problems, couple of wrecks, my fault ! He mostly does the older Porsches and
only does Porsches, builds track cars also.
Had to plug my mechanic....however, you are in need of someone to look at a car in Austin, right ?
do you happen to know who worked on the car in Austin ?
