Firewall insulation deteriorating

I am working on the VAC,CIS and Injectors on my 1979 930 and wanted to replace/fix the dry rot insulation behind the engine while exposed. Any ideas on what to use?
I also need to remove old foam and glue but don't want to damage any other rubber or plastic parts. there is very little original material left in place.
I plan to scrape as much off as possible then need to apply an adhesive remover to the old glue? Also does HOST sell a replacement? couldn't find one.

This one has been highly recommended in other posts because it is semi rigid and can be simply clipped in place without glue.

Love the fast responses you get on Pelican.
Thanks, that looks like it will work.

I like the light weight one, it's black foam. Spray on some 3M and it sticks fine.

Just installed this last weekend with engine out, you can do it with it in but it will be a tad bit of a hassle.
