On the story of Keith Martin's 1964 911 found & restored

This is not the Keith Martin of the Northwest who publishes car magazines but another person in the Blue Ridge mountains. There's two stories together on his finding his car, which back in 1988 was described in a Porsche magazine as the "oldest living 911." (made when they were still making 356s). All I want to know is how he found it (newspaper ad, rumors , or just passing by and seeing it in the weeds) with a tree fallen on it (miraculously missing it with its branches) and if there's any other stories that say about what he paid for it. I'm assembling barn find examples and that has the basics of being a good one. if I can hear a ballpark figure..

Enjoy the story
