Another one of those "what is this thing" threads
 
As the title states. Pulling out the interior of my '83 SC this afternoon, I removed the kick plate (I assume that's what it's called) on the passenger's side foot well. I found this little gem behind it, unplugged.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1302649423.jpg
