Keith at Zuffenhaus = Great customer service!

Just wanted to make everyone aware of the great customer service exhibited by Keith at Zuffenhaus products. It seems as if people are quick to degrade vendors on this board, but you rarely see compliments for good service. I purchased a set of wheels from him over 2 years ago, and even though much time had passed, he helped me out with an issue that turned out not to be directly associated with their manufacture. He had no reason to help me other than the fact that he wanted to make the customer happy.
