1970 911T not firing?

I'm going to try to upload some photos of this car later on today. I recently fixed the fuel system and its working good but the car is not getting fire to the plugs or the coil. I cleaned up the wiring and the CDS box but still no spark. Any suggestions?
I have two parts to the formula, air and fuel. Now I need spark. Could this have anything to do with the starter not stopping when I turn the key off?
Anyone know who rebuilds CDS boxes?
Thanks to all the pelicans who helped me with the fuel system. I'll get some pictures of this long hood on here later today.
Justin

Does the CD box make its whining noise with the ignition tuned on?

Check to see if you are getting 12 volts at the red wire going to the CD. Could be the CD fuse if you are lucky.

Where is the damn cd fuse? Every fuse panel diagram is different.
I think I made the mistake. I had the coil unplugged from the distributor to work on the fuel system and forgot to hook it back up before trying to start the car. I'm really hoping the CDS didn't fry. I'll check the fuses but the power is going to the red wire. Before that the car was doing that high pitched whine. It's not doing it now though.
Thanks,
Justin

If you have 12v at the CD box and no whine you likely fried it when you disconnected the coil. Never disconnect the coil, always remove the power to the CD box when you want to crank the engine and not start it. (cranking for oli pressure etc) I have seen a circuit for the CD box on the forum somewhere, but unless you are OK with electronics its probably easier to get another box or an aftermarket unit. Capacitor Discharge ignitions are very unhappy about no load and short circuits, I killed one once by being to lazy to switch the engine off while working on the engine, using a short on the coil wire. Blat, dead CD. It was not a Porsche though.
