911 Slant, New rim help!

Looking for help, I want to put new rims and tires on my car looking for help with sizing, got some advice already but looking for all the help possible, currently running 15 inch BBS, 345/35/15 rear, 225/50/15 front. I don't know the rim size, assuming they are 9's and 11's, not sure though. Looking to go with 17 or 18 inch rims 9's front, 11's rear with 255 front and 315 rear, just need rim help... ie.. bolt pattern, spacers offsets.

looking at rims with this offset, any idea if they will fit? Front: 8.5 x 18 et 45

P205 50ZR 17 93W Yokohama AVS ES100 on 7.5 x 17 H2 with an offset of 23 with a 32mm Weltmeister Wheel Spacer

P255 40ZR 17 94W Kumho ECSTA ASX on 9 x 17 H2 with an offset of 17 with a 50mm Weltmeister Wheel Spacer

5 x 130mm bolt pattern

I don't see what size flares your running, but I'm gonna be pulling my wheela off this weekend and I'll see if I can get some measurements. I don't run spacers.
