1976 Blaupunkt Bamberg
anyone have a 1976 built Bamberg ? I need to see if , by 1976, the switch was made to the 2nd edition of these.
Date code would be 7636 for 1976 . Here's the early style :   This is the 2nd edition (note preset box differant also ):

Well it's a bit confusing ....because one website shows the earlier type for 1975. And the website you linked shows the 2nd version (with seemingly a 1975 date code) . But the photo showing the dates code does not specifically show the front of the head unit. In general from implication of that photo , it looks like by 1975 . The second version was being produced. I would still like 100% verification. Doesn't anyone have a 1975 or 1976 bamberg head unit ? |
