Ignition switch terminal #50
Just trying to clarify the wiring.
How many things does the #50 terminal in the ignition switch power? I know that it only powers things when the switch is in the start position and does not power anything when the switch is in the run position. But where does it send power to when it is in the start position besides the solenoid @ the number 50 terminal? Thanks

Sorry 82 SC
I figure it goes to the 14-1 connection which connects to the starter solenoid, the heater blower motor and the fuel pump relay. If that right? Thanks

Yellow wire from Ign. SW @ 50 terminal........
Quote:
Steve, This yellow wire does not go to the heater blower motor. From 14-1 it splits to the heater blower switch for the relay (heater blower) and starter solenoid. The FP relay @87 is also directly connected to this yellow wire from the ignition switch. Tony |
