One of the reasons that I personally can't see having radio in my car.
#1....can't hear it anyway
#2....takes more wiring to run it
#3....would have to lean over and look at it to turn it on or change stations.

I disagree. Engine noise, even the coolest sounding engine noise, gets boring pretty quick. Give me my favorites tunes and a curvy road. Then I am happy!

For me, that "boredom" takes a long time to come....I still have the original stereo/tape deck. Lid off 90% of the time= very little reason to have a stereo. Cheers

I also have a 1200 watt amp under the passenger seat with a car full of speakers. It will take you to the threshold of pain, ear wise. I do love a good road though. Just a week ago I was in Spokane, an 800 mile round trip. Ahhhhh.....

the sound of my open exhaust does do wonders for me but also makes it necessary to have 1600 watts under the trunk if I want to hear a song or two on a drive .......
