turbo tie rod problem
Hi
After installed the turbo tie rods in my 911 1976 narrow body (have also 16" boxter wheels) i saw that there is marks of someting like its touching the body behing the front wheels on both sides- it looks like its the end of the rod. Can i adjust it or something is wrong with the rod size or istallation?

You might need wheel spacers to change the offset of the Boxster wheels. Hopefully that won't move the 'rubbing' to the inner fender from the outside of the wheel. What is the offset of the wheels you are using?

I agree with Tony. There is no way the tie rod itself would touch the body but after installation the new alignment may have caused the tires to rub on the body panel where it hadn't before. Check the offset as he mentioned and also post your tire size as that could be a factor as well. Spacers may be necessary.
