Thumbs up for the OEM Porsche round chrome mirror!

I just installed a new OEM Porsche chrome found mirror to my 1970 911.
I replaced the cheap repro Durant type which I tried to tighten after it went 'floppy'.
Removing and replacing the Durant cheapo took me more than 2 hours of fiddling. Only to have a tightened mirror which did not even allow me to view cars behind me - due to lack of adjustment.

For 170€ (appprox) I got a new Porsche chrome mirror from My Porsche dealer which was installed in less than 10 minutes!
The new one is better made (thicker metal) and adjusts, so believe or not, I can now actually view something behind me!

Money well spent!
