Having had the pleasure? of driving here in BC...I can say with authority that the majority of drivers in the Richmond area (using the connector road) are STONE BLIND!!!
Lane changes for no reason at all....hitting brakes (also..no reason)..weaving side to side in one or two lanes....eating...putting on make-up....texting...phoning (dialing)....and several other driving infractions...these are every day events.
Joke here....how do you blind a chinese driver?....put a windshield in front of him.
Also....parked in the mall lot in Richmond one day....looked inside the SUV beside me...saw the pedals painted red and green....wife did not believe me until she saw another SUV with the same paint scheme.
To say that they are poor drivers is the biggest joke on the planet.
