Who makes the highest quality fiberglass hood for street car?
For reasons to long to explain here, I have to repaint the hood on my SC. I thought that I might as well save some weight and go with fiberglass. This is my daily driver and I really want a high quality hood. The car is black so I want to start with a hood with a minimum of waves and imperfections. The hood must also attach to the factory hood hinges and latch assembly. I will not be using the hood shocks.
I know a few members have fiber hoods on both track cars and street cars and would especially like your opinions on the qulaity of different manufactures. MA Shaw is about 5 minutes from my work and their work looks pretty good. All opinions are appreciated.

GT racing makes pretty products. Try them also.

I've seen the "who does the best f/g work" thread before a few times and MA Shaw seems to come out at the top very often. Most of the others seem to require a lot of prep work to get ready for paint.

GT-Racing ( www.gt-racing.com "Hank") and MA SHAW ( www.mashaw.com "Mike") are really your best bets for fitment and prep time. I think fit is about equal, prep time required seems
to vary between parts and batches... Both of these guys are a good bet though.
