Need a good pic
 
of the vanes as mounted on the back of the alternator. It will need to be a close up so I can see exactly what position they should be in. I think I put mine back in wrong. TIA

Can someone snap a pic facing the fan so I can see the vanes?

I don't have a photo, but I believe there are two fins. The smaller one that is closest to the fan should direct air through the fins of cylinder number 1. Which I believe is the rearmost left cylinder. Rear as in back of the car.
