CIS question
 

My situation was exactly as yours- rebuilt motor, ran fine before RB. I played for hours trying to get fuel pressure but no luck. Finally on a whim I disconnected the fuel line at the T connection. As soon as pressure was releived, equilized, whatever, it worked.
How or why I don't know. It's worth a shot. Good luck.
