Carrera GT
Well according to both Panorama and 911 & Porsche World Porsche has given the go ahead to produce the Carrera GT with deliverys starting in late 2003, more interesting (since I'm not going to be afford one) is the generally upbeat tone of Michael Cotton's article regarding comments made by Porsche managers regarding a return to racing on a major level.
It seems that Porsche is now talking about returning to racing rather than always focusing on the need to use all their resources on the Cayenne. Whether it is more than talk remains to be seen, however it is a little more encouraging for those of us who have been wondering if Porsche was ever going to get serious again.

Thanks for the summary. I don't subscribe to any P magazines, and I rarely go to the bookstore to find them. Tidbits like these many of you assume we all know--well, some of us don't!
I can only hope Porsche makes a triumphant return to racing. If they assert themselves it will make headlines.
