Can a 915 flywheel bolt to a 87-89 3.2L crankshaft?
I noticed the flywheel part number is slightly different.

The 915 SC, 915 Carrera and G50 Carrera flywheels are all different. It should be no problem to bolt up though. The only thing is some 915 SC flywheels have an integrated pilot bearing (earlier), and some have a 3-bolt separate pilot bearing (later).

Yes.
I put an 86 915 FW onto an 88 G50 crank. The difference is in the pilot bearing.
