Rear camber eccentric bolt up or down?

When adjusting rear tire camber, what gives you the most POSITIVE camber, eccentric bolt lobe up or down? Should the eccentric bolt in the slot be in the most forward or rearward position?

My car sits fairly low and I'm wearing out the inside edges of my tires significantly more than the outside edges (too much negative camber).

After reading a number of threads, I got tired of reading and not finding an answer to this question.

Thanks!
