Too bad, it would of been cool to see exactly what those relays do. They may have outfitted your doors with actuators to make the locks "power." You ever have the door panels off? If not, try to see if there are any aftermarket wires going into the doors. With so many relays there are bound to be some crazy things in that car. If you do have actuators, whoever takes that system out can hook up some buttons to make them work.

Try posting a picture of the keypad and maybe someone will chime in with more advice.

It is identical to the picture above, but with "Becker" written across the top. Or maybe bottom.

UPDATE: Removed the alarm system last weekend. It was pretty easy, once time was taken to just look over the system. There were two actual splices in the factory harness - the yellow wire under the dash and the fuel pump wire under the hood at the fuse box. The system added a couple wires to the fuse panel, just connecting in to the light system (to blink lights and horn).
